What UsePDFQuick is
UsePDFQuick provides browser-based PDF tools — merging, compressing, splitting, and converting — that run entirely on your own device using WebAssembly. There is no account requirement to use the core tools, and no document you process is ever uploaded to our servers. Full detail on how your data is handled is in our Privacy Policy.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the files you process and for having the right to process them. Don't use UsePDFQuick to handle content you don't have the legal right to access or modify, and don't use the site in any way that violates applicable law, infringes someone else's rights, or attempts to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
No warranty
UsePDFQuick is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output files will be perfectly free of defects. Because processing happens in your browser, results can vary with your device, browser version, and the specific file you provide — always keep your own copy of the original file before processing it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UsePDFQuick and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, files, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Your use of UsePDFQuick is at your own risk.
Intellectual property
The UsePDFQuick name, logo, site design, and underlying code are owned by us or our licensors and are not licensed to you beyond what's needed to use the site as intended. You retain all rights to the documents you process — we never see or store them, so we never acquire any rights to them.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may update UsePDFQuick's tools or these terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
